"I had very bad experience with Dr Sudhir Kumar Gupta. I went to consult Dr Sudhir at Kailash for my mother. My father and mother both were seating in Dr chamber. Dr have not shown any professionalism and respect for my patients who is senior citizens. His phone was ringing all the time and he kept answering. We were there only for 10-12 min, but I think he had given attention to my mother only 2-3 minutes. We paid 1300/- for this consultation. Is it fair? Not showing any professionalism after taking money. I told Doctor about urgency for my mother condition, but he didn’t show any concerns and was busy in his personal affairs. I am very disappointed and will not prefer to visit Dr Sudhir or Kailash hospital ever, Doctors should respect their patients and patients time as well, in our country doctors are increasing their fee but they are not focusing on quality of their services. In addition to this their humanitarian aspect is also dying."
